Cara Therapeutics relocated from Tarrytown, NY and received $4M for its 41,000 sq. ft. facility with state-of-the-art research laboratories. Cara Therapeutics is an emerging biotechnology company focused on developing novel therapeutics to treat human diseases associated with pain and inflammation.

Neurogen Corporation received $5M for its Branford, CT facilities where it develops  products for the treatment of pain, insomnia, inflammation, depression, and obesity.
